The installation stands for maximum efficiency and reliability. The Prime 6000 combines performance, smart technology and future readiness in a single compact system.
Top-Class Separation Performance
At the heart of the Prime 6000 is a GEA Prime Decanter, one of the most advanced separation systems in its class. This decanter is specifically designed for high separation efficiency and stable operation, even when slurry composition and flow vary.
The drum is made of duplex stainless steel and features a Super-Deep Pond design, which allows a larger volume to be processed inside the drum. Combined with high G-force, this ensures maximum dewatering and a dry solid fraction.
The Summationdrive® system automatically regulates the bowl speed and continuously adjusts torque to match the load. As a result, the decanter always operates at maximum efficiency with minimal energy consumption (from 0.7 kWh/m³).
Thanks to this advanced technology, the Prime 6000 separates solid and liquid fractions with high precision. The result is optimal nutrient utilisation, a cleaner liquid fraction, and reliable operation under all conditions.

Fully Integrated Design
The installation is built in a sturdy, custom-made frame with twistlock connections, making transport and setup simple and efficient.
Thanks to the advanced exhaust gas after-treatment of the Stage V power unit, the system emits fewer emissions and meets strict environmental standards.

NIR sensors: Measure the composition of the slurry in real time (e.g. dry matter, N, P, K) for precise process control.

Automatic discharge screw adjustment: Adjusts the screw angle automatically for flexible solid fraction discharge.

Mobile feed pump with cutter filter: Pumps slurry to the unit and prevents blockages by cutting coarse materials.

Polymer Dosing System
The Prime 6000 also features a high-precision polymer dosing system. This system adds the exact amount of polymer to the slurry flow. This causes fine particles to form larger flocs, which can be separated more effectively by the decanter.
