Built on the Success of the Solid Series
The Solid slurry tankers have gained many satisfied users due to their high quality and excellent performance. The Sigma is designed based on the same principles and features a compact and robust design. The slurry tanker and chassis are constructed from 6-millimeter thick steel plates and fully galvanized. Thanks to the steered rear axle, the tank remains highly maneuverable, while the suspended axles ensure a comfortable driving experience. For enhanced comfort, the axles can also be equipped with hydraulic suspension, and a hydraulic drawbar suspension is available as an option.
Innovative Design for Low Soil Pressure
With its innovative design and large wheel arches, the tankers can be fitted with tires up to 930 millimeters wide. The large contact surface can be further increased with an optional tire pressure control system. The balanced weight distribution allows for high capacity while minimizing soil pressure.
Extensive Configuration Options
The new slurry tanker is available in capacities of 16,500, 18,500, or 20,500 liters, with all variants configurable with a MEC vacuum pump or a Börger rotary lobe pump. The chassis is prepared for the integrated Slootsmid lifting system, enabling easy mounting of virtually any injector. For precise application, a flow meter can be installed, and the slurry tanker can be equipped for fully automatic dosing. If desired, all functions can be controlled via ISOBUS. Additionally, provisions have been made for an 8″ suction arm, turbo filler, and macerator.
