Perfect distribution
The Major injector features three Slootsmid mini-exact distributors, horizontally aligned in the chassis with outlets positioned upwards. The supply hoses to the distributors are of equal length, and the distributors are interconnected, ensuring a consistent pressure distribution on all outlets. With the outlets positioned upwards, the system remains filled with manure at all times, providing instant availability when hydraulic valves are opened. The connection between the distributors and outlets is established through continuous hoses with an inner diameter of 50 mm, ensuring smooth flow.
Well-considered construction
The main frame of the Slootsmid Major injector features a hinge allowing the arms to pendulate 10 degrees up and down, enabling the machine to effortlessly adapt to the terrain. The injectors have a robustly constructed frame made of sheet steel, resulting in a relatively low overall weight. The machines come with automatic disc shielding in the transport position.
Elements
A characteristic feature of Slootsmid grassland injectors is the duo-elements with a spacing of 18 cm. These elements are track- and ground-following, allowing them to cut smoothly through the soil and place the manure at a consistent depth. The injector comes standard with a thin disc and share, mechanical ground pressure adjustment, and hydraulic valves. The elements are fully galvanized, and the front cutting discs have lubricatable bearings.
Options
The Major injector can be equipped with automatic central lubrication, and the ground pressure can also be hydraulically adjustable. The machines can be fitted with section control and can be fully controlled via ISOBUS.
