FAN Separator 3.2-780

  • The Oscillator unit ensures constant filling. This is because air bubbles are eliminated by the vibration. As a result, the manure compresses more effectively, leading to a higher capacity and a drier final product.
  • The Outlet Nozzle is designed so that the entire final product receives equal backpressure, ensuring it is evenly dry throughout.
  • In the cast iron housing, the stainless steel filter is suspended in a floating position. This allows it to move with the stainless steel auger, preventing the filter from clogging. The auger is reinforced and hardened at wear points, resulting in a long service life.

Stationary Manure Separators

Slootsmid can custom install the FAN separator at any desired location. A common choice is installation on silo walls, allowing the thick fraction to fall freely downwards. This setup also provides ample and solid storage for the thick fraction. In other common setups, the separator is mounted on a custom-built platform in the barn or in a steel frame with pallet forks, making it easy to move. All manure separators come standard with a control cabinet equipped with an automatic starter, thermal protection, an adjustable timer, hour counter, and dry-run protection on the pump. Thanks to these safety features, the manure separator can operate safely unattended.

Mobile Manure Separators

These systems are characterized by high capacity combined with the ability to separate manure at various locations. The system consists of a chassis equipped with both an inlet and outlet pump for slurry, and optionally a Slootsmid cutting filter. Depending on the desired capacity, the manure separator can be equipped with 1 to 12 screw press separators. Additionally, the construction is designed to include a discharge auger with enough capacity and range to fill trucks. A generator for independent operation, a control cabinet for pump and auger operation, and control systems complete the installation.
