Well-considered Construction
The Slootsmid SGB Greenland injectors have a unique and robust construction combined with a relatively low own weight. The frames are fully galvanized, providing good protection against the harsh conditions under which the injectors are often used.
Special Outlets
A characteristic feature of the Slootsmid SGB manure injector is the wear-resistant cutting discs made of Hardox steel with a diameter of 300mm. These discs rotate independently with a lubricatable bearing construction. This allows the injector to be used on various types of soil and ensures a very effective cutting operation. This minimizes the bundling of crop residues, and the manure is injected at the correct depth.
Good Distribution
The SGB 755 is equipped with a Slootsmid crossbar distributor, while the SGB 1045 and 1190 have two Slootsmid mini duo eccentric distributors. The refined manure distribution of these distributors prevents growth differences in the crops being fertilized. Together with the unique continuous hoses with steel spiral and 50 mm inner diameter, this ensures perfect flow and prevents blockages.
Options for Greenland Injector
The injector can be expanded with section closing by means of air valves, central lubrication, or fully automatic lubrication.
Universal Coupling
This injector with a Heavy-Duty 3-point linkage Cat-III, attached with bolt connection, can be mounted both behind a tank and a self-propelled vehicle. Additionally, it is also suitable for drag hose fertilization due to its low own weight.
