Smart construction
The SB Arable Injector Profi features a smart, robust, and durable design with a relatively low weight. The fully galvanized frame provides excellent protection against the harsh conditions in which the machine operates.
Two or four height-adjustable support wheels ensure a consistent and precise working depth. Thanks to a generous flow opening of 90 cm between the front and rear rows of tines, the build-up of crop residues is effectively prevented. The Profi comes standard with heavy-duty spring tines but can also be supplied with rigid tines for specific applications.
Special outlets
The SB Profi is renowned for its precise slurry distribution and low-emission application, supported by its accurately adjustable working depth. The special injection tines and the spacious frame ensure optimal slurry flow, even under demanding conditions.
As standard, the Profi is equipped with a Slootsmid crossbar distributor, which ensures refined distribution and prevents variations in crop growth. The tines are spaced 25 cm apart, or optionally 30 cm, and are arranged in two rows for uniform and efficient application.
Excellent distribution
The Slootsmid distributor is positioned high on the machine to guarantee precise and optimal distribution across the entire working width. In combination with unique continuous hoses with a steel spiral and an internal diameter of 50 mm, this ensures excellent flow and prevents blockages. The SB Profi is supplied as standard with a crossbar distributor, but different types of distributors can also be installed. Optionally, the injector can be equipped with section control using pneumatic shut-off valves.
Universal hitch
The SB Profi is equipped with a universal three-point hitch, making it easy to mount behind almost any brand and type of slurry tank. This hitch makes the machine highly versatile and allows it to be used not only with slurry tanks but also in combination with a drag hose system or even as a cultivator, adding extra flexibility in operation.
Injector options
The SB Profi can be fitted with a drag shoe and a towing hitch with clevis coupling. If desired, section control can be integrated by installing pneumatic shut-off valves on the tines. It is also possible to mount trailing tines, a knife harrow, a spring tine harrow, or a bar roller behind the injector. Instead of a crossbar distributor, a cutting distributor can also be installed.
