The SB Arable Injector Eco features a smart, simple, and robust design with a low overall weight. The fully galvanized frame provides excellent protection against demanding working conditions and ensures a long service life. Height-adjustable support wheels guarantee the correct working depth, while a generous flow opening of 90 cm between the tines prevents crop residues from clogging the machine.
The SB Eco comes standard with heavy-duty spring tines, ensuring reliable slurry application and uniform distribution under various field conditions.
Special outlets
The SB Arable Injector Eco is known for its precise slurry distribution and low-emission application, thanks in part to the easily adjustable working depth. The special injection tines and spacious frame ensure optimal slurry flow.
As standard, the SB Eco is equipped with a Slootsmid distributor with a crossbar rotor, which guarantees precise distribution and prevents growth differences in crops. The injection tines are spaced 25 cm apart and arranged in two rows for uniform application.
Excellent distribution
The Slootsmid distributor is mounted in a high position, ensuring precise and optimal distribution across the full working width. In combination with the unique continuous hoses with a steel spiral and an internal diameter of 50 mm, this design guarantees perfect flow and prevents blockages. The injector is supplied as standard with a crossbar distributor, but various other distributor types can also be installed. Optionally, section control using pneumatic shut-off valves can be integrated.
Universal hitch
The SB Arable Injector Eco is equipped with a universal four-point hitch, making it easy to mount behind almost any brand and type of slurry tank. This user-friendly coupling makes the Eco highly versatile and ready for use under a wide range of conditions.
Injector options
The SB Eco arable injector can be fitted with a drag shoe and a towing hitch with clevis coupling. If desired, section control can be implemented by installing pneumatic shut-off valves on the tines. It is also possible to mount trailing tines, a knife harrow, a spring tine harrow, or a bar roller behind the injector. Instead of a crossbar distributor, a cutting distributor can also be installed.
