Optimal filtration and reduction of large particles
The cutting filter operates with minimal resistance in the slurry flow. The star-shaped cutting blades rotate tightly along the cutting comb. Because the comb centers the blades, the risk of blade breakage is significantly reduced. The cutting filters are supplied with a 6″ or 8″ connection. All components are easily accessible, and wear is kept to a minimum.
Well-thought-out construction
The cutting filters can be easily opened and cleaned through the secured access to the cutting chamber. The housing is made of robust steel and fully galvanized for a long service life. The wear-resistant blades and comb ensure maximum cutting performance. The cutting filter can be driven either electrically or hydraulically, depending on the desired configuration.
Optimal cutting performance
The design achieves optimal shredding and reduction of slurry particles in the flow. Large pieces are captured in the filter housing and can be easily removed. The interlocking star-shaped cutting blades rotate tightly along the comb, creating a forced slurry flow with minimal resistance.
Because the blades are self-centering within the cutting mechanism, a longer service life is guaranteed. The cutting filters are supplied with a 6″ or 8″ connection. All components are easily accessible, and wear is minimized.
